** Shares of Heranba Industries Ltd  HERN.NS  fall as much as 5.5% to 322.05 rupees, their
steepest pct loss since Feb. 1
    ** Fall comes after the agrochemical co reports ~66% Y/Y slump in March-qtr profit after tax
of 143.3 mln rupees ($1.73 mln) while rev from ops dropped 26.1% Y/Y
        ** Also declared final dividend of 1.25 rupees per share
    ** About 205,152 shares change hands by 1:14 p.m. IST, 1.7x the 30-day avg - Refinitiv Data
    ** Stock last down 4%, extending YTD losses to 34.8%
