equity, voting share capital of Daikaffil Chemicals India via
open offer
    ** Stock trading above its 50-, 100-, and 200-day moving
averages since late Dec 2023
    ** HERN last up 1.3%, snapping 3-day losing streak
    ** Stock lost about 20% in 2023, marking second straight
year of loss
