Property purchase

 

Hermes Pacific Investments plc (AIM: HPAC) is pleased to announce in line with
its revised investment strategy approved by shareholders on 14 December 2021,
it has made its first property investment.

The Company has purchased a two bedroom leasehold flat and a single garage in
Westcliff-on-sea, Southend-on-sea from Mr J. C. Piccolo. The purchase price of
£594,907 has been funded from the Company's existing cash resources.

The Company expects to be renting out the property shortly.
