~14% to $2.35 after market
    ** Company's Q4 revenue of $30 mln tops analysts' est. of
$26.9 mln - Refinitiv
    ** HRTX posts net loss of 17 cents/shr, smaller than
analysts' expectations of 28 cents
    ** Quarterly oncology care franchise net product sales were
$26.1 mln, compared with $19.9 mln a year earlier; sales of
local anesthetic Zynrelef rose to $3.9 mln from $0.8 mln
    ** Company expects full-year 2023 net product sales for
oncology franchise between $99 mln and $103 mln
    ** Shares have fallen ~52% in the past six months
