** HFCL's shares  HFCL.NS  jump 4.15% to 115.45 rupees,
highest since mid-Dec 2001
    ** Telecom infra components maker to set up optical fiber
facility in Poland, spending 1.44 bln rupees ($17.4 mln)
    ** Stock up for third straight session, gaining ~15%
    ** Stock's YTD rise now 36%; it gained 14% in 2023
 
 ($1 = 82.9198 Indian rupees)
