** Communications and networking firm HFCL  HFCL.NS  rises
as much as 3.7% to 116.8 rupees; set to snap five straight
sessions of losses
    ** Co inaugurates defence manufacturing facility in southern
state of Tamil Nadu to boost domestic defence manufacturing
    ** Says facility will produce advanced thermal weapon
sights, electronic fuzes, high capacity radio relay and
surveillance radars
    ** HFCL last up 1.5%, extending YTD gains to ~36%
