India's HG Infra extends gains on pact to develop projects

** Shares of India's HG Infra Engineering  HGIN.NS  up 3.2%,
after rising as much as 5.6% earlier in the session 
    ** Co said agreement with Ultra Vibrant Solar Energy Pvt Ltd
is to develop projects worth 4.65 bln rupees ($55.7 mln)
    ** HGIN added 2.6% since co announced inking of agreement
post-close on Monday 
    ** YTD stock has surged over 100%
