Herbalife Nutrition: Slips after Icahn sells stock back to co

** Shares of nutrition company  HLF.N  down 6.4% at $45 -
set to open at lowest price in nearly two months 
    ** On Sunday, it says activist investor Carl Icahn has sold
more than half his stake back to HLF for $600 million at $48.05
a share 
    ** Says Icahn gave up five seats on firm's board held by his

    ** Icahn had a 15.5% stake in Herbalife as of Sept. 30 and
was top shareholder; now owns 6.73% according to regulatory
filings 
    ** Latest deal expected to close by Jan. 7

three-fold since 2013, when Icahn began buying stock
