HighPeak Energy rises after quarterly dividend increase

** Shares of oil and gas producer HighPeak Energy  HPK.O 
rise 4.29% at $13.13 
    ** Firm announces a 60% increase to its quarterly dividend
to $0.04 per share
    ** Says its board has approved a repurchase program of up to
$75 mln of the company’s common shares
    ** Also says it intends to fund the repurchases from
available working capital, cash provided from operations and
borrowings
    ** Stock repurchase program authority will expire Dec. 31 -
HighPeak 
    ** Including session's gains, HPK down 7.75% YTD
