Highpeak Energy rises on commissioning of WildHorse solar farm

** Oil and gas firm Highpeak Energy  HPK.O  up 1.6% at
$15.91
    ** Co says it has recently completed and commissioned a new
solar facility, the WildHorse solar farm
    ** HPK says the project will help minimize greenhouse gas
emissions and employing renewable energy infrastructure will
reduce the cost of powering its operations
    ** Says solar facility will produce 26,806 megawatts (MWs)
of electricity annually, enough to power nearly 3,700 homes
    ** The solar farm was developed, owned and operated by
Priority Power Management
    ** Including sessions move, shares up 11.7% YTD
