 * Trading halt request  
 * Says has overnight signed a material agreement with a London listed entity Mosman Oil & Gas Limited 
 * Agreement to participate in 30% working interest over New Zealand base oil and gas permits in the south Taranaki region 
 * Says HPR's participation will require acquisition and working capital in excess of NZ$4 million 
 * Says company will also need to raise additional funding to complete the transaction which has a completion date later in 2015 
 * Seeks trading halt pending announcement regarding MSMN transaction
