    ** High Tide says entered into an agreement with Connect
First Credit Union Ltd for C$19 mln ($14.70 mln) credit facility

    ** Co expects to use the proceeds to fund organic growth,
general working capital requirements and potential future M&A
activities
    ** Co expects to close on credit facility during the first
half of September
