Australia's HighCom climbs to 2-month high after $3 mln ballistics order

** Shares of HighCom  HCL.AX  rise as much as 29.6% to
A$0.175, set for best day since May 27, 2022, if gains hold     
    ** The defense co says it has received a new order valued at
A$4.7 mln ($3.07 mln) to supply its ballistic products to a
military customer
    ** Stock at highest level since Feb 14
    ** About 1 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 124,509   
    ** HCL stock down 64.9% YTD, as of last close
