The Company was notified today that David Kingerlee today purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 970 pence per share.
David Kingerlee, a Director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 89,470 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 1.73 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company in addition to his disclosable non-beneficial interest in 99,225 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 1.92 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company
