Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that a trust of which David Kingerlee is a trustee today transferred 38,890 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to other members of the Kingerlee Concert Party.
David Kingerlee, a Director of the Company, has an unchanged beneficial interest in 89,470 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 1.73 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company in addition to his disclosable non-beneficial interest in 60,335 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 1.17 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company
