Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that John Hewitt, a director of the Company, today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 925 pence per share.
The company was also notified that John Hewitt's previously notified disclosable beneficial interest was overstated by 35 shares due to an incorrect notification in 2012.
John Hewitt now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 30,450 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.59% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
