The Company wishes to announce that David Kingerlee has, further to his notification that with effect from 10 December 2020 he would be representing the interests of Kingerlee Holdings Limited on the Highcroft board, agreed to change his status from an executive director to a non-independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from the date of signing the 2020 annual report and accounts.
