Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company confirms that the following documents will today be posted or
otherwise made available to shareholders on its website www.highcroftplc.com

·    Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December
2022; and

·    Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 12.00 noon. on Wednesday 17 May 2023 at
Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of each of these documents will
