Australia's Highfield resources jumps on government nod at Muga mine

** Shares of potash mineral explorer Highfield Resources
 HFR.AX  rise as much as 13.8% to A$1.070, their highest since
Feb 2018 
    ** Says it has received authorisation from the Government of
Navarra to build on non-urbanised land the electricity line to
the mine site at the Muga project in Spain  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASXbRhTsk
    ** About 1.1 mln shares change hands compared with a 30-day
average of 345,543 shares 
    ** Stock on track for biggest intraday percentage gain since
Feb 2, provided the gains hold 
    ** Stock up 4.4% this year, as of last close
