** Shares of BridgeBio Pharma BBIO.O fall 7% to $69.32
** Pfizer PFE.N settles patent lawsuits with generic drug makers Cipla CIPL.NS, Dexcel and Hikma HIK.L, effectively extending patent protection on its heart disease drug Vyndamax until 2031
** This reduces the risk of price or volume erosion for BBIO's Attruby in the near term, Jefferies analyst Andrew Tsai said
** With longer Pfizer IP protection, Attruby can support $2 bln to $3 bln plus peak sales, Tsai added
** The delay in generics also "provide more time for BBIO to prove Attruby is differentiated in ATTR-CM in the real-world," according to Tsai
** BBIO shares were initially up, but later fell as investors had hoped for a 2033-plus settlement year, Barclays analyst Eliana Merle
** "We see buying opportunity on weakness, reiterate top idea" Merle says, adding "we think shares recover from here"
** Including session moves, BBIO down 6.5% YTD
