Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 18th August 2015 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 110,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of 35.015860 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was 35.16 per share and the lowest price received was 34.92 per share.
