LONDON, 15 May 2017: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) ("Hikma") (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their conditional share awards on 15 May 2015 under the 2014 Executive Incentive Plan ("EIP") which was completed on 15 May 2017. These awards were automatically exercised by operation of the conditional award and vesting process. The exercise price under the EIP is nil.
