Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - Vesting of LTIP Awards
LONDON, 31 May 2017: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) ("Hikma") (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their conditional share awards on 29 May 2017 under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") which was completed on 31 May 2017. These awards were automatically exercised by operation of the conditional award and vesting process. The exercise price under the LTIP is nil.
