LONDON, 15 May 2018: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) ("Hikma") (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their conditional share awards on 15 May 2015 under the 2014 Executive Incentive Plan ("EIP") Element C which was completed on 15 May 2018.
