Interim & Special Dividend for 2014
LONDON, 20 August 2014 - Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC ("the Company") advises that, as previously announced with the interim results, the Company is paying a total dividend of 11 cents per share, comprising the interim dividend of 7.0 cents and the special dividend of 4 cents. 
The interim and special dividend will be paid on 26 September 2014 to eligible shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 August 2014. The ex-dividend date is 27 August 2014 and the final date for currency elections is 12 September 2014.
