Notice of preliminary results

London, 7 February 2023 - Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (Hikma, Group), will
announce its preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 December 2022
on Thursday 23 February 2023.

A recording of the 2022 Preliminary Results presentation and slide deck will
be available on the Group's website at www.hikma.com (http://www.hikma.com)
from 7:00am GMT. Hikma will also hold a Q&A call for analysts at 11:00am
