- Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Friday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.18%.


* RASPBERRY: Raspberry Pi RPI.L raised its full-year 2026 profit forecast, saying strong first-half profitability was expected to result in adjusted core profit "significantly ahead" of market expectations for the year.

* BODYCOTE: Apollo Global Management APO.N does not intend to make a firm offer for Bodycote BOY.L, the groups said.

* EVOKE: Evoke EVOK.L said it had agreed to be acquired by Bally's Intralot S.A. BYLOTr.AT in a recommended all-share deal valuing the company at about £243 million ($326.23 million).

* BP: Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) has awarded a tender to BP Singapore, a unit of BP BP.L, for a spot LNG cargo for delivery between June 6 and June 7, a source with knowledge of the matter said.

* PERSHING SQUARE: Universal Music Group UMG.AS said it has repurchased some of the shares sold by Pershing Square PSHP.L after the billionaire investor's takeover proposal for the music company was rejected.

* DŴR CYMRU WELSH WATER: Ofwat confirmed a £44.7 million ($60.01 million) enforcement package for Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water for breaches of legal obligations in operating wastewater treatment works and network by the utility.

* HOUSE PRICES: British house prices unexpectedly fell by 0.1% in May, leaving them 0.5% higher than a year earlier, data from Halifax showed.

* OIL: Oil prices rose on Friday, paring sharp losses from the previous session, after Hezbollah rejected a new Lebanon ceasefire proposal.

* GOLD: Gold prices fell on Friday, and were poised for a weekly loss, as tensions in the Middle East dampened hopes for a U.S.-Iran peace deal.

* METALS: Copper looked set to end the week higher despite a drop on Friday, as tightening supplies and bullish sentiment helped offset wider macroeconomic concerns.
