Non-executive Chair Search

Hilton Food Group plc today announces that it has commenced a search for a
suitable new Non-executive Chair. The process will be led by the Group's
Senior Independent Director Patricia Dimond.

Mark Allen will remain in post as Executive Chair until a new Non-executive
Chair is in role. Mark will then become Group Chief Executive Officer.
