** Indian metal stocks .NIFTYMET slump 3.9% VS Nifty 50's .NSEI 1.3% drop

** Sub-index is top sectoral loser, with all 15 stocks in the red

** Losses led by aluminium miners NALCO NALU.NS and Hindalco HALC.NS

** NALU down 6.2%, HALC slumps 5.6% as they track drop in global aluminium prices MET/L

** Session's losses in HALC and NALU erase their weekly gains; HALC down 4.6% and NALU falls 3.2% for the week

** YTD, metals up 1.8% vs Nifty's ~11% drop
