Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (PDMRs)

The Company announces that it has been advised that Andrew Sutch, a Director
of the Company, has acquired 660 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") following the automatic reinvestment of dividend proceeds. Following
this transaction, Mr Sutch holds a total of 61,328 Ordinary Shares, which
equates to 0.006% of the issued share capital.
