** Shares of Hind Rectifiers Ltd HRCT.NS rise 5% to 1,725.6 rupees
** The Semiconductor and electronic equipment maker acquires BeLink Solutions in Europe to strengthen its position in the global robotics and electronic manufacturing services markets
** Acquisition consists of a total consideration of EUR 1 mln ($1.2 mln)
** Stock on track to gain for 2nd straight day
** HRCT up 18.8% YTD so far
