** AI-based recruitment service provider buys Prince Migration & Education Pty Ltd, a migration services firm

** Consideration to be paid via issue of shares totaling A$200,000 ($130,220.00) in value, and performance rights

** Around 539,000 shares change hands, over 10x the 30-day avg trading volume of about 50,000

** YTD, stock up nearly 2%, including session's gains
