Hiscox appoints new Independent Non Executive Director

Hamilton, Bermuda (12 May 2023) - Hiscox Ltd (LSE:HSX), the international
specialist insurer, today announces the appointment of Beth Boucher as
Independent Non Executive Director, subject to regulatory approval.

 

Beth has over 25 years' experience leading global teams and initiatives across
multiple industries. During her time at Fortium Partners, SiriusPoint,
Travelers, Pfizer and Accenture, she amassed excellent credentials in cyber
security, people management, transformation, and audit and regulatory
operations.

 

Beth is currently Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee member and Chair of
the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Coforge. She also recently served
as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee
on the board of Omaha National. Alongside her board activities, she is a
Partner at Fortium Partners, and Research Fellow at Nemertes Research.

Robert Childs, Hiscox Group Chairman, commented: "Beth's breadth of leadership
experience and expertise across multiple global companies makes her a great
addition to the Hiscox Board as we look to capture the many opportunities
ahead."

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed in respect of the
appointment of Beth Boucher under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
