Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Hiscox Ltd. ('Hiscox' or the 'Company') announces that, in accordance with the
terms of the second tranche of its share buyback programme (the 'Buyback
Programme') announced on 2 May 2024, the Company has purchased the following
number of ordinary shares of 6.5 pence each (the 'Ordinary Shares') through
Citigroup Global Markets Limited.

 Number of Ordinary Shares purchased:       72,745
 Highest price paid per share (GBp):        1,173.00
 Lowest price paid per share (GBp):         1,145.00
 Volume weighted average price paid (GBp):  1,160.92

 

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
