Transaction in Own Shares
HISCOX LTD ("Hiscox" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the
terms of its share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") announced on 06
October 2025, the Company has purchased the following number of Ordinary
Shares of 6.5p each (the "Ordinary Shares") through Citigroup Global Markets
Limited.
Date of purchase 17 October 2025
Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 88,538
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 1,350.00
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 1,331.00
Volume weighted average price paid (GBp): 1,340.76
The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it
applies in the UK (the "UK Market Abuse Regulation"), the table below contains
