Sept 8 (Reuters) - HM Invest SA  HMI.WA : 
     
    * Said on Friday that it will raise company capital by 
issuing class B shares to new shareholders 
    * Said institutional investors can subscribe shares valued 
between 7.95 and 9.5 zlotys from Sept. 24 to Sept. 25  
    * Said individual investors can subscribe shares valued at 
maximum issue price of 9.5 zlotys between Sept. 15 and Sept. 19  
    * Said shares will be alloted to all new shareholders on
