Brief: HM Inwest extends subscription periods for its series B shares

Sept 22 (Reuters) - HM Inwest SA  HMI.WA : 
     
    * Said on Friday its supervisory board decided to extend the 
periods of subscription under the issue of its series B shares 
    * Said the subscription for the individual investors will be 
opened on Sept. 15 and closed on Sept. 26 and the total amount 
of shares to be offered will be established on Sept. 30  
    * Said the subscription for institutional investors will be 
opened on Oct. 1 and closed on Oct. 2  
    * Said shares will be allotted on Oct. 3 instead of 
previously announced Sept. 26
