    * Says on Aug 31, co voluntarily prepaid all obligations 
under the loan agreement with Project Hawkeye dated Dec 15, 
2014 - SEC filing 
    * Says amount of prepayment was $7.1 million which included 
outstanding principal balance of $7.0 million and accrued but 
unpaid interest on note 
    * Says prepayment amount was funded by $6.0 million cash 
dividend from co's unit, Home Federal Savings Bank, and existing 
company cash
