    * Inventory comprising finished watches, watch components at 
Global Warehouse, Bangalore of hmt watches being transferred to 
common service division of hmt 
    * Says co to take up sales and servicing of watches and 
clocks after getting statutory apporvals and registrations 
    * Says items which cannot be made saleable will be disposed 
off via an auction
