 * Reference is made to the "litigation" section in the directors' report in the 2015 annual report of the company published on 14 July 2015 
 * Served with a sealed copy of the writ of summons issued by one of the two parties sued in the injunction proceedings 
 * Under the statement of claim endorsed on the writ, the plaintiff claims against the company for a total sum of HK$16.6 million 
 * Believes that it has strong merits in defending the plaintiff's claims and in counter-claiming such alleged debts are void and unenforceable 
 * Will vigorously contend the plaintiff's claims
