Building products maker HNI to acquire Steelcase for $2.2 billion

Aug 4 (Reuters) - Building products makwer HNI HNI.N has entered an agreement to acquire peer Steelcase SCS.N in a cash and stock transaction, with a total consideration of about $2.2 billion, HNI said on Monday.
