    * Joint venture of Hoenle Group with SKC Co. Ltd. 
    * Panacol Elosol GmbH, subsidiary of Dr. Hoenle, concluded cooperation agreement with SKC 
Co. Ltd. 
    * Panacol Elosol GmbH is to hold a 51 pct stake while SKC Co. Ltd. will hold 49 pct of the 
shares in the joint company
