Appointment of Director

Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), announces that, with effect from 23rd February 2017, Thomas Bray, LED Business Development Director, will be appointed to the Board of the Company as Executive Director.

Thomas joined the Group in October 2013 as Holders Components Sales Director. He has since played a significant role in developing the Group-wide LED product range, customer base and overall LED business strategy. Previously Thomas was Technical Director for ACDC Lighting.

Rudi Weinreich, Executive Chairman, commented "Thomas brings significant technical and strategic expertise to the Board and we look forward to his contribution".

Thomas George Bray, aged 36, is currently a director of Holders Technology UK Limited and within the past five years was a director of AC/DC LED Limited, AC/DC LED Holdings Limited and AC/DC Lighting Systems Limited.
