Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), announces that pursuant to the proposed merger between SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") and Northland Capital Partners Ltd, it has appointed SP Angel as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect. 

The Company also announces, pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

David Mahony, the Company's Non-Executive Director, was a director of samedaybooks.co.uk plc when an administrator was appointed on 23 March 2009.
