Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), announces that on 24 May 2017, 22,000 Ordinary shares in the company were purchased by Rudi Weinreich, Executive Chairman.

Following the purchase Mr. Weinreich is interested in aggregate in 1,893,202 Ordinary Shares representing 45.51 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
