Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), announces that on 26 May 2017, 22,000 Ordinary shares in the company were sold by Rudi Weinreich, Executive Chairman, to reverse the transaction announced on 24 May 2017.

Following the purchase Mr. Weinreich is interested in aggregate in 1,871,202 Ordinary Shares representing 44.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
