Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), has been informed that, Thomas Bray, Executive Director of the Company, has sold a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 37 pence per share.

Following this sale, Thomas Bray has a total beneficial interest in 125,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
