Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), was informed today that, on 11 December 2019, Rudi Weinreich, Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired via his pension fund 29,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at price of 45p per share.  Following this purchase, Mr Weinreich has a total beneficial interest in 1,900,202 ordinary shares, representing 45% of the Company's issued share capital.
