Holders Technology announces that, further to the Final Results announcement on 22 February 2019, its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2018 are available on the Company's website, www.holderstechnology.com.  The Annual Report and Accounts was sent to shareholders yesterday.

 

Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Fairfax Suite, Cromwell Hotel, High Street, Old Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 3AZ at 11.30 a.m. on 29 April 2019.
