Holders Technology announces that, further to the Final Results announcement on 16 March 2020, its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2019 are available on the Company's website, www.holdersgroup.com.  The Annual Report and Accounts was posted to shareholders today.

 

Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 29 May 2020.  Unfortunately, health risks and movement restrictions caused by the coronavirus epidemic mean that we are unable to confirm details of the meeting venue at this time.

 

We will issue further information, when available, via RNS announcement.  Formal Notice of Meeting and Proxy Voting Instructions will be sent separately.
